White Cauliflower

White cauliflower, known as “Cavolfiore” in Italian, is a popular and widely cultivated vegetable in Italy. It is grown in various Italian regions, benefitting from the country’s diverse climates and agricultural practices. It’s typically cultivated in well-drained soil and requires sufficient sunlight for healthy growth. It is low in calories and a good source of dietary fibre, vitamins C and K, folate, and various B vitamins.

It requires similar growing conditions to other cauliflower varieties, and can be grown in the cooler seasons of spring and autumn. It’s relatively hardy and can tolerate some frost.
