Oak Leaf

Oak leaf lettuce, also known simply as “oakleaf lettuce,” is a type of loose-leaf lettuce so-named for its distinctive lobed leaves that resemble the shape of oak tree leaves. This lettuce variety is characterised by its tender leaves, mild flavour, and attractive appearance. Like other lettuce varieties, it is low in calories and carbohydrates. It contains vitamins such as vitamin A, K, and folate, as well as dietary fibre.
